Felt like Doing..

a little scrapping tonight..Just did something real quick...

Aaaahhh!! I'm Not Ready! I'm Not Ready Yet!

...that is to see my Niece drive!! Okay so the "only" reason why you are seeing these pictures are because I had to sit in the back seat with Mom because she got sick and my niece started the car so that the air conditioner would cool us down! She is only 13 and I cannot even imagine her behind the wheel yet after taking these photos! 3 more years baby, give me 3 more years...Whew, okay carry on...

Took My Niece to get her Ears Pierced...

She was Soooooo scared!! She is 16 and has never had them pierced before. So I could understand why she was scared. I took her to the store and I held her hands as the girl pierced both ears. She squeezed my hands so tight!!! LOL Also she kept squinching (is that a word?) everytime the girl would come close to her with the gun and I kept telling her to look at me and focus on my face but she was so scared. In the end she was a BIG GIRL and got them done and she looks SO pretty! Way to go DeDe!! Love ya!

Saks and Fashion

As you know I call my Yorkie my little stalker because everywhere I go he is step-for-step behind me, beside me and in front of me LOL..Anyway, today as I am cleaning up and washing and folding clothes I am having to perform all these new moves so as not to step on my little man cuz he is SO CLOSE!! As you can see in the pictures that follow he is on the bed while I am folding clothes and gets under the hat on the bed by mistake..



And here he jumped off the bed but a scarf fell on top of him as he was trying to get away



I think Saks is trying to get into fashion on the side...

OOoooh La La

I found me some pretty shoes today. And they only had one pair left and they were in my size!! WooHoo! Although I don't have anything to match them yet (Gives me a reason to shop for an outfit huh? Well I justified it in my mind dangit! LOL)



Anyway, as I was taking pictures to put up on my blog can you guess who got in the way of the pictures?? Hmmm? I guess they wanted to be included in all of my excitement LOL...

My Handsome Nephew

Public Announcement: Sister, you better watch out because your phone is going to be ringing off the hook in a few years. Now back to our regularly scheduled program:

This is my nephew who has the prettiest (okay he is a boy so I will say..)most handsome brown eyes that you could just swim in and makes my heart melt everytime I see him. And those chubby cheeks??? That's a WHOLE NOTHER (yes nother) STORY..LOL I just eat him up everytime I see him..And he is such a good baby too.. I ran and got my camera because I wanted to take some recent pictures of him since I hadn't seen him in a while and boy did he surprise me! When I went to snap the first picture he turned to me and instantly said "CHEESE" without me even asking! LOL

Umm as you can see in the pictures my bed has no covers on it because of a little "accident" he had while he was sleeping (Although he sleeps entirely through the night which is VERY good for a one year old) but he was having a ball while I was taking pictures...

Umm Mom What's Up With the Treats?

LOL..Okay I will admit, I was a "BAD" Momma...I started mixing in regular food with Sak's dog food which is a BIG no no in my book. WELL of course he started "counting" on that food being in with his regular food and now he won't eat it. I KNOW I KNOW, I caused it and now I have to fix it..So he is BACK on his regular food and he only gets "DOG" treats and bones..He is SO not liking Momma right now! LOL..He keeps coming up to me every 5 minutes like "Where is my Food Woman?" LOL..I had to take a picture of his face..my poor little man..

Well She Did it..

She graduated. And I'm so proud of her =)

Went to my niece's graduation on Friday and I was soooooo happy that I got there two hours early because we got great seats! Although they didn't let us in until one hour before and we were out in the blazin sun cookin like chickens at Popeyes..Here is her Mom waiting patiently with me while we are sweating waiting to get in..

Although I was glad I got to see her up close to take pictures, I realized that I need to invest in some more camera equipment because they turned off the majority of the lights and I was so disappointed that I did not have a better flash with me to take pictures.






After the graduation we drove to Clearwater to a restaurant called Bahama Breeze which is out on the water. It was my first time going and it was a pretty nice restaurant.

Oh if only I...

could go to sleep!! Aaaaaahhh! Okay so stayed up with Sierra until like 2 am Sunday night because of course we had today off. Paid for it this morning when I had to get up at 6:30 to walk Saks. Oh and the fact that I gave my bed UP so that the girls could sleep in it, but NO my youngest niece Sierra wanted to sleep on the couch with Auntie instead of the comfortable bed LOL..after giving in to the PERFECT pouting my niece had going on, I agreed to let her sleep on the couch with me as long as she did NOT KICK me in her sleep. Well she held true to her promise, she didn't kick..HOWEVER she rolled over on TOP of Auntie and I had to perform some new NINJA move I made up myself to get from under her so that I could walk my dog this morning LOLOLOL..So about 5pm I needed a nap and just gave into it..And now of course you guessed it, I CANT SLEEP!! Why do I do this to myself? I took 2 Advil PM's and they have not kicked in yet, that or the Sprite I just drank did not help..Oh well the lights are going off anyway and I'm going to stare at the inside of my eyelids for the rest of the night. Good night BLOG =)

Weekend with the Nieces

Enjoying my weekend with my nieces. I have them until Monday. We always have fun. We usually watch On Demand shows and movies, eat junk food and veg out until the next day and start all over again. Saks was in the mix as well enjoying everybody's attention and "Lovees". Tavia entertained us with her guitar and she is really good! I had to take a video of her as well..

Then Sierra decided she wanted to update Auntie's calendar for June and then write all of her family's names across the calendar. (I think she was just happy to be using an erasable marker LOL)

Okay SLOWLY but surely..

I'm learning about Digital Scrapbooking. I have been reading tutorials and through trial and error I was able to change a photo from color to black and white AND put writing on the photo through Photoshop Elements using Ali Edwards Capture the Moments brush. Whoo! (Brushing hand over forehead)..Well back to reading I go...

Okay so I got this from another blog I was looking at the other day (Can't remember whose blog, SORRY!) But whenever I get bored I answer these silly questions..

1. What kind of weather do you most dread?

THE HEAT! I HATE Sweating with a Funky Nasty Passion LOL!! And I live in Florida of ALL Places! LOL..Love winters much better

2. Which drives more of your decisions: your head or your heart?

My heart which I sometimes gets me in trouble or the situations that I find myself in where I'm like What the Heck? and How Did this Happen?

3. When were you last in a church? What was the occasion?

This past Sunday. No special occasion, just trying to go more on a regular basis and improve my spirituality.

4. What is the closest framed photo to you?

There is this cute frame in the shape of a Dog Bone right in front of my monitor with a picture of Saks in it.

5. Mustard goes on:

Turkey sandwiches. Hamburgers. Hot dogs. and my favorite Corn Dogs

6. Do you fold your underwear or does it just get stuffed in the drawer?

Hee,Hee depends on the mood after washing clothes. Sometimes folded, sometimes gathered in a BIG bunch and stuffed in the drawer? Happy? Now you know my secret dangit..

Ariel of course.

8. Do you sleep with bare feet or do you need socks on?

Again it depends. If I am freezing and don't want to turn the air down (LOL) I wear socks, if I get hot during the middle of the night, the socks are COMING OFF!!

9. Do you know how to shoot a gun?

Absolutely NOT! and have no desire to learn.

10. Have you ever taken pictures in a photo booth?

Yep...at the Florida State Fair years ago.

11. Do you write in the margins of books as you read them?

No.Sometimes I highlight though

It's the day before Friday. Nuff Said.

Wow its been a minute, can't remember at the moment

Yep and everytime I regret spending my 3.99

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal with Walnuts cookie that my Mom makes and it is OH SO GOOD!

Which one. Hmm. Wow. Dangit! Let's see I'm gonna go with my English teacher Mrs. Huff.

Tough Love Couples, Basketball Wives, Brandy and Ray J and What Chilli Wants, basically the whole VH1 show lineup LOL..

I have a COLD. It's Black Friday where all the sales begins AND oh wait, I'm in Florida I never know when it's going to be Winter..

Ahem..Not afraid I just "prefer" the moon shining through my window or the tv on for noise..

Okay So Last Week..

I was going to start this project that I did last year called the Week in the Life..It was created by the people at Creating Keepsakes Magazine and basically what it is, is a week out of your life, you are to take pictures of your daily life for seven days. I found it interesting because you never realize the little things that go on in your day-to-day activity because you are so busy. Well when you have a camera in your hand everyday for seven days you realize just how much you do in a day. I say this because last week was SO BUSY that I only got to take pictures of one day..other days I forgot my camera and on the last day of work I got sick and ended up coming home. So needless to say last week was a bust, but I will still post pictures of that Monday here:

Talk to the Paw Woman...

It's so funny to watch Saks sleeping..Plus the fact that he snores, poor little thing LOL..When he goes into his DEEP SLEEP though, he turns over on his back with all four paws straight up in the air and it is HILARIOUS!! I had to crop the pictures to keep it G Rated, cuz all his (STUFF) is in the air LOLOLOL..Normally when I start taking these pictures I feel kinda bad because he is waking up from a deep sleep like "Momma what the HECK are you doing?"
