Okay,
Really didn't have much to blog about this month. Have been really busy planning my parents Anniversary, my older sister gave birth to my niece, alot of pictures were taken of course for my scrapbooking :) and I got sick towards the end of my vacation (ugggh). I go back to work on the 5th and it is coming up quick. Trying to leave the weekend open so that I can just relax before I go back (Hopefully, that will happen). Anyway, I will end this blog as the last blog for 2008 seeing that it is 11:53 pm. Woohoo come on 2009!

Nothing Much To Talk About

Today is Saturday and I am so glad. Only two more weeks and I get two weeks off from work. Woohoo! That's the great thing about working at a College, you get off the same days the students do. Anyway, today I think I am going to do some scrapbooking. I am trying to finish a complete album by the end of this month. I am tired of being a scrapbook "collector" In other words, I go to the scrapbook stores or any craft store, see all these amazing papers, embellishments, etc and buy them and end up storing them away and not doing anything with them. Next thing you know I am going through them trying to give some away because I feel I cant use them. Well not anymore. My goal is to do at least two pages a week and complete an album this month. I LOVE the new magazine that just came out by Simple Scrapbooks. Just when you think things have slowed down with scrapbooking, they come with something else amazing. So after I complete my regular album, I will definitely being trying some of the ideas in this magazine!

Black Friday WooHoo Got Some Good Deals!

Oh My goodness..I went to two scrapbook stores today and "Really" stocked up! I was sooo happy! Both stores had 50% off the entire store and I went crazy :) I already have an unlimited supply of papers (But I believe you can "never" have enough paper if you are a true scrapbooker) but I also got alot of embellishments and stickers that i have always wanted. Now I just have to start using them! It has gotten to the point to where I felt like I was a "collector" of scrapbooking supplies because I wasnt doing any pages, but now I have made it a goal of mine to do at least one page a week to make it feel like I have accomplished something...
