I'm Engaged!!!! My Engagement Dinner was...

Incredible!! Fantastic!! I enjoyed it SO MUCH!! I wanted to cry but the air conditioning was drying out my contacts!! LOL But my fiance did a wonderful job!! :) But the dinner was wonderful and after we were finished eating Mark got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife and would I marry him and I said YES!!

He surprised me by picking me up in a 2011 Cadillac Sports Car (I kept looking for his car in the parking lot LOL)





then he took me to the airport to a restaurant called CK's (Which has AMAZING food!!) and also the restaurant SPINS AROUND while you are eating (so cool!)and it's a slow spin so you really don't feel it at all, the only way that you know it is spinning is if you look down at the floor you can see it rotating and then when you look outside you start at one place and while you are eating you get to see all of tampa, some of clearwater and also around the howard franklin bridge, oh and all of the airport. It was neat seeing all of the planes taking off (I'm glad I didn't see them coming in or the dinner would have went a much different way! LOL seeing how I am afraid of planes!!)

The next part I was not expecting at all..after he proposes, he puts then gift on the table wrapped in gold wrapping paper and I'm thinking "Oh my goodness what is this?" and he tells me to open it and it was a diamond necklace!! I had lost my necklace he bought for me years ago and I had felt so bad when I told him about it because it meant so much to me when he gave it to me, not having a clue that he went out and bought me another one to replace it!! My heart was just melting by then (didn't I tell you, just wonderful isn't he??)

The Men in My Life

I love these two pictures of Mark and Saks!! Saks is looking so intently at Mark while he is talking to him! I like when he turns his head to the side like "What do you mean?" LOL these pictures are too cute!! Saks has really fallen in love with Mark, he greets him at the door and starts jumping up and down wagging his tail furiously because he is SO happy to see him! Ahhhh, my "little" man and my "big" man..gotta love it


I tried the polaroid feature on my android phone to take these pictures of Saks, he was so sleepy when I took them that I think he barely looked up as the camera flashed...

LOL trying out these new Sally Hansen Nails called Kitty,Kitty. They look easy to put on but I had such a hard time especially trying to put them on my right hand, although I do like how they turned out. Reminds me of my Mom (Cheetah Momma) Hee,hee..This is dedicated to you Mom

Saks 1st Trip to the Beach

So I took Saks with me to Apollo Beach to see how he would handle the sand and water. He was such a HAM!! HE was walking all over the place and trying to go up to everyone that walked by LOL..Julie and Karen took me to the beach so I could get an idea of how it would be around sunset for a wedding. It was so beautiful when the sun started going down and the wind was blowing from off of the water. Saks was just the topping on the cake when I saw how he reacted to the beach...My Little Man..I LOVE HIM!!!

Project Life

So I have been trying to keep up with the Project Life by Becky Higgins and so far I'm doing okay. I don't have all of my writing and stuff done, but I have most of the pictures in there of what I want. I love this book because you can put a whole year's worth of pictures in one album and be done. I still like doing my individual scrapbook pages, but this makes it alot simplier. Hopefully when I done with classes this semester, I will be able to catch up.

I'm Still Here

You know blogging involves being able to sit down and keep still and for the past couple of months I have NOT been able to do that. Have been trying to take care of my health, work full-time and go to school full-time and you know well LIFE is happening as well...OH AND THIS WONDERFUL MAN has come back into my life


He is so caring,loving, takes care of me while I am sick and did I mention wonderful?? LOL

So needless to say with so many things going on in my life currently I will be on and off of this blog for a little bit...SMOOCHES!!

I Miss You Blog...

I have been SO BUSY and you have been neglected once again. I think this is only my second post for this month and January is almost over!! I am taking two classes again this semester and I can already tell how it's going that you might be neglected just a little bit more. I will try and blog at least three to four times a week BUT there is no guarantee! Anywhoo, I have been wanting to get back into my scrapbooking again (It always seems like everytime I start a new class THEN I want to scrapbook all of a sudden LOLOL). But I purchased Project Life by Becky Higgins to help me with the process. It is so cool! I like the thought of creating a page a day for the whole year. Me actually accomplishing this is something totally different. I can't wait for it to arrive, I'm so excited!!

What I've Been Up To Lately

Soooooo...for like the past 8 weeks or so I have been on a weightloss journey..I know a couple of months before this I had started the South Beach Diet and I was doing okay on it but I was CONSTANTLY tired from not having carbs. Now this is just my personal experience with SB I know alot of people who were very successful with the plan, but I couldn't take the draining feeling I was having after 4 weeks of it. Sooooo with that being said, an opportunity came up at my job for a 6 week weightloss program for a new product that will be coming out in January 2011. I have been wearing this product since November 1st and all I can tell you is that IT WORKS!!! I love it! So far I have lost 20lbs in 8 weeks and I am SO HAPPY! I have been watching my calories and also working out everyday which is something I never imagined myself doing, maybe 3-4 times a week but never wanting to do it daily. But with this product it is so motivating!! I wrote down on my calendar in my office everyday that I worked out and I am SO PROUD of myself! I want to continue until I reach my goal weight and I know that this will help me. YAY! GO ME!

This Has Been My Motto

...Or at least I have tried to for the past couple of days since I have been on my Winter Break from work. I actually want to get alot more accomplished this week and kinda relax next week before its time to go back. So hopefully you will see alot more posts from me now that I have a couple of days to do so...Smooches!!

Ummm, Yeah It's Been a Minute...

Between work and school, I have not had time to even think about you my dear blog. I haven't even had time to do my passion (Scrapbooking =( )Oh well, I guess it will be like that sometimes..Soooooo what have I been up to lately you might be wondering??? Hmmm?? Well let's start off with pictures of my nieces and nephew from when they came over to my house two weeks ago because Auntie had a free weekend and she wanted to spend time with all of them (Although I couldn't fully enjoy them because I was sick, but that's another story) Anyway, here they are:

Oh My Goodness Gracious! LOL..These things are so G Double O Good!! Especially the Caramel one which is my favorite! I'm so glad I found something to satisfy my sweet craving. Yay!

Interesting Project....

That I am starting...you guessed it..Making a Scrapbook using Paper Lunch Bags..I got the idea from a Scrapbooking show that I DVR (Most of the shows are REALLY old, but every now and then they will have a project that still seems cool). Anyway, what you have to do first is take the paper bags and paint them whatever colors you like (I chose brown, green and a mustard color) Next, you glue on scrapbook papers of your liking, and then after that you have to glue all of the bags together. And then you can add your pictures, embellishments, etc. So far I have gotten up to everything but adding the pictures and embellishments. I want to finish this project before the end of the month, but seeing how my classes are kicking my boo-twah, we will see...
